BlackBox is one of the few environments I have come across that does the 'right' thing. The first time I saw the behaviour described was in 1986 in an article by Prof Wirth regarding Modula-2. But what is to stop another compiler from rounding both sides of a + b <= 1. to 64-bit, thereby breaking this code? Nothing as far as I know.
