I think, it would be ok to have native English administrator and Russian administrator, because of Russian users percent.

this thread is about forum interface languages. I can't find any reason for "Center" members use only English interface.

I think we should wait for Ominc. It's still unknown, what would they give us (in before "BB1.6"). Basing on further materials from Ominc we will think about what we CAN do and what we CAN NOT. From these facilities we'll have purpose of "Center" and it's definition. As for this ...
